The Sales Director works closely with Marketing and Delivery teams, stays close to key clients, and turns market opportunities into predictable, scalable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Ownership

  • Own and deliver the company’s revenue targets and growth strategy.
  • Build, execute, and continuously optimize the commercial and sales plan.
  • Drive new business acquisition across brands, agencies, and partners.
  • Ensure a healthy, predictable sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Translate company objectives into clear sales priorities and initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities, verticals, and growth levers.
  • Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and high-impact deals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to consistently hit targets.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative sales culture.

Client & Partner Relationships

  • Manage and grow relationships with key strategic clients and partners.
  • Act as a senior commercial representative of the company in negotiations and industry discussions.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to maximize client value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing on lead generation, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with Delivery and Operations to ensure realistic commitments and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide clear sales insights and forecasts to leadership.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally within:
    AdTech
    Media Agencies
    Digital Marketing environments

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams in fast-paced environments.

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable owning targets and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
