We are currently looking for a Revenue & Partnerships Specialist who can identify, structure, and activate growth opportunities across our ecosystem of strategy, technology, media, and growth systems.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory, operational execution, technology implementation, and ecosystem partnerships. The position focuses on consultative opportunity development, understanding a client’s growth challenges and structuring the most relevant combination of strategic, operational, technological, or performance-based initiatives.

The Revenue & Partnerships Specialist works closely with Strategy, Engineering, Publishing, Product, and Project Management teams to shape initiatives that generate measurable business impact and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Opportunity Management

Identify, qualify, and develop growth opportunities across enterprise organizations, scale-ups, and strategic partners.

Understand business challenges related to: growth acceleration, audience acquisition and engagement, digital platform ecosystems, campaign orchestration, operational efficiency, data-driven marketing.

Translate these challenges into structured initiatives aligned with our revenue engines.

Maintain and develop a structured opportunity pipeline, contributing to revenue forecasting, pipeline planning, account expansion strategies, partnership-driven growth.

Ensure opportunities support long-term collaboration and scalable value creation.

 

2. Consultative Solution Development

Collaborate with internal teams to structure initiatives that combine strategy, operational execution, and technology implementation, depending on the client’s needs.

These initiatives may include: strategic advisory and growth frameworks, operational execution and managed services, platform implementation, integrations, or automation solutions.

Work with internal stakeholders to define the scope, structure, and delivery model of each initiative.

 

3. Licensing & Platform Usage Opportunities

Identify opportunities where capabilities can be delivered through: SaaS subscriptions, licensed tools or frameworks, usage-based platforms, embedded or partner-led distribution.

Collaborate with internal teams to structure subscription, usage-based, or hybrid monetization models.

 

4. Strategic Partnerships

Develop and manage partnerships with ecosystems such as: technology platforms, media and publishing networks, eCommerce platforms, marketing technology providers, agencies and system integrators.

Identify opportunities for: co-selling initiatives, ecosystem distribution, licensing partnerships, joint growth initiatives.

 

5. Deal Structuring & Commercial Strategy

Lead the commercial process from opportunity identification to signed engagement.

Structure deals across different engagement models, including: one-off initiatives, recurring engagements, usage-based models, hybrid revenue structures, performance or outcome-based models.

Work with internal teams to define commercial structure, scope, and pricing frameworks.

Success Metrics:

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • new revenue generated
  • pipeline quality and conversion rate
  • recurring revenue generated
  • partnerships activated
  • successful expansion of existing client relationships.

 

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 5+ years in consultative sales, partnerships, or business development
  • experience selling technology, consulting, or marketing solutions
  • experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients

 

Core Capabilities
