What You’ll Own

Social Media Content Distribution & Execution

  • Create, adapt, and distribute platform-native social media content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, wherever attention lives next
  • Write clear, audience-aware captions that support both brand and performance goals
  • Turn strategy into consistent, on-brand execution across short-form, hooks, recurring series, and engagement-led formats
  • Manage community interactions in line with the brand tone of voice
  • Apply conversion-driven copywriting principles to content designed to inform, engage, and drive action
  • Stay ahead of algorithm shifts and platform updates before the Linkedin thought leaders catch on
  • Build repeatable distribution workflows: repurposing, amplification, content lifecycle management - systems, not just vibes

 

Influencer & Creator Ecosystem

  • Activate influencer campaigns and creator partnerships aligned with brand, content, and distribution goals
  • Brief, guide, and optimize creator output to ensure on-brand, platform-relevant, and high-performing execution
  • Keep creator deliverables, campaign objectives, and distribution strategy in sync

 

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, either agency-side or in-house
  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Strong copywriting across brand, social, and conversion - you shift registers without losing the thread
  • Experience writing video scripts for short-form, campaign, and social-first content
  • Ability to identify what works as content, not just execute what is planned
  • Solid knowledge of influencer marketing, from creator selection, brief development, deliverable planning, and performance-based optimization
  • English proficiency at C1-C2 is required
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools, including scheduling, analytics, and listening platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and work cross-functionally on content execution
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with content creators or managing creator pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Figma
  • Basic understanding of paid media amplification
  • French is a strong plus
  • eCommerce or performance-driven environment experience
