Create Direct is looking to recruit a Business Development Officer.
This great opportunity is about working for the Romanian leader in rewards & incentive marketing, loyalty clubs and lead generation, and to be part of a group with more than 500 employees in Romania.
Main responsibilities:
- To generate sales opportunities for our solutions through various marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, outbound tele-sales activity and face to face meetings
- To meet monthly personal sales targets and KPIs as set by line management
- To generate ideas to grow business
- To research and develop sales opportunities within new and existing sectors
- Be accountable for following up all leads from all channels to generate sales
- To provide professional account management of existing and new customers
- Work closely with internal departments to develop marketing initiatives to promote new business opportunities.
Skills needed:
- Customer relationships
- Good social and communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development or account management
- Agency background
- Direct & digital marketing knowledge
- Polished writing skills in English. Other international language knowledge is an advantage.
- Figures oriented; analytical mind
- High attention to details
- Excellent communication, listening & problem solving skills
- Very determinate and ambitious person
- Very dynamic and proactive
- Serious and responsible.
