We are looking for a social media & influencer marketing expert, with at least 4 years of experience in digital communication or digital advertising agencies or digital marketing, someone who can help make our social media presence bigger & better, through influencer projects and ongoing social media activities.
You will will do this for our two brands and will have the support of our marketing team to make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Twitch. This includes updating our social media calendar, writing captions and briefing our design team for creating the visuals that you will post, community management, reshares.
- You will be responsible for our influencers data base. This includes briefing them and making sure they deliver as discussed as well as constantly researching new influencers.
- You will prepare Profitability&Loss reports and set clear KPIs (revenue, likes, shares, traffic, etc.) that will help measure your performance and make sure the social media and influencer marketing strategy is effective.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the influencers landscape in Romania.
- Great knowledge of social media platforms and tools, keeping up with updates and trends.
- Very good people skills and the ability to manage smooth relationship with clients, colleagues, collaborators.
- Excellent communication skills, in Romanian and English, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and Effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Very good project management skills.
- Good analytical skills.
