At HELP Autism, we have a proven track record of success, with 6 centers across Romania providing vital services to children with autism. We're a dynamic team constantly seeking innovative solutions to improve our impact.
The Role:
As our Social Media Strategist, you'll play a key role in raising awareness about HELP Autism's mission, increasing engagement with our online community, and ultimately driving support for our programs. You'll develop and implement creative social media strategies, manage all aspects of our social media channels, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and donations.
- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, specifically tailored to our audience.
- Manage all aspects of our social media channels, including content creation, publishing, community management, and analytics. Optional - visuals.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data
- Act as a brand ambassador on social media
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creativity and a passion for developing engaging social media strategies and content.
- Experience with social media management tools
- A passion for social media and a commitment to HELP Autism's mission.
