AmpliQore Agency is looking for an AI-Powered Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Bucharest. We’re searching for a creative and strategic thinker who understands both digital storytelling and the power of AI-driven workflows.
In this role, you’ll help elevate brands through engaging content, smarter automation, audience insights, and performance-focused social media strategies. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team to create impactful campaigns that combine creativity, technology, and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize social media content across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing and brand objectives
- Write compelling copy and coordinate visuals, reels, and short-form video content
- Integrate AI and automation tools into content workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Use AI-powered platforms for ideation, trend analysis, audience insights, and content optimization
- Monitor social media performance and translate data into actionable improvements
- Stay updated on platform trends, digital innovation, and emerging AI tools
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and creative teams
- Manage communication and content approval processes when needed
- Produce high-quality content in both English and Romanian
- Contribute fresh campaign ideas and innovative digital concepts
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Fluent in English and Romanian (written and spoken)
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, automation platforms, or social media AI assistants
- Understanding of how AI and automation enhance content creation, engagement, and analytics
- Strong creative eye with attention to aesthetics and detail
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Based in Bucharest and available to work on-site 5 days/ week
