We're looking for a Digital Project Manager who enjoys helping businesses grow through digital marketing and eCommerce. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary initiatives, working closely with strategists, marketers, designers and developers to turn business objectives into successful execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead Client Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of clients, coordinating digital marketing initiatives and the website improvements that support them, from CRO enhancements and new landing pages to ongoing optimizations and feature implementations.
- Build trusted client relationships through transparency, ownership, proactive communication, and thoughtful decision-making.
- Help clients navigate changing priorities while maintaining momentum and trust.
Turn Strategy into Execution
- Work closely with strategists, marketers, designers, and developers to transform business objectives into actionable plans.
- Ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and teams remain aligned around shared goals.
Drive Informed Decisions
- Use marketing performance, project health, and business KPIs to prioritize initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend next steps.
- Balance autonomy with collaboration, knowing when specialist input adds value.
Coordinate Digital Delivery
- Coordinate the implementation of website improvements, campaign-related features, eCommerce enhancements, and ongoing optimizations, working closely with the Engineering Manager to balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.
What You'll Bring
Ideally, you'll have:
- 5+ years of experience managing digital projects for eCommerce or digital-first businesses.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their contributions to business growth.
- Ability to interpret marketing and business KPIs and use them to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
