HexagonX is a Bucharest-based BTL agency working with B2B and B2C clients. We build brands, produce events and take ideas from the slide deck into the real world — concept to execution, no steps lost along the way.
We're looking for a BTL Manager. But not just any.
Where you'll work
This is an on-site role. We work from an office built right inside our warehouse, where all the technical materials and our production unit live under one roof. Everything in one place. It keeps the team close, the gear within reach and the work moving without the back-and-forth.
Who you are
You're the kind of person who sees a tight deadline and doesn't panic — you get into gear. You work at agency pace: fast, often, and on several fronts at once. When a brief lands tonight with delivery the day after tomorrow, you don't ask "can we push it?" — you ask "okay, where do we start?".
You close projects as fast as you open them. No loose ends, no "we'll see," no unconfirmed suppliers at 11pm. You take things all the way through and move on to the next.
And you don't mind getting your hands dirty. This isn't a job you run from behind a desk — sometimes it means hauling cable, moving gear and being on-site until it's done. If rolling up your sleeves alongside the crew sounds like a problem, this isn't your role.
What we ask of you
- Autonomy. You don't wait to be told what to do — you spot it and get on with it.
- Speed of adaptation. Our deadlines shift, priorities rearrange, and you move with them without freezing up.
- Resourcefulness. When something breaks (and in BTL, it will), you find the fix, not the culprit.
- Real organizational skills — you run multiple projects and suppliers in parallel without losing the thread.
- Strong communication, with clients and the team alike.
- Experience in BTL, events, advertising.
- You'll own each project's reporting and close-out — wrapping up paperwork, costs and post-mortems cleanly so nothing drags on after the event is over.
