Where you’ll work
This is an on-site role at our warehouse in Bucharest — the hub where all our technical materials, event gear and production unit live under one roof.
The role
As Logistics Manager, you keep the warehouse running like clockwork. You’re responsible for tracking inventory, organizing materials and equipment, managing what goes out for each event and what comes back, and making sure everything is accounted for, in order and ready when the team needs it.
Who you are
- You’re organized to the bone — you know where everything is and what’s missing before anyone asks.
- You’re hands-on and don’t mind physical work: receiving deliveries, moving and storing gear, prepping equipment for transport.
- You keep a cool head when several events overlap and stock is going out and coming back at the same time.
What we ask of you
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail — inventory is only useful if it’s accurate.
- Hands-on, physically capable and comfortable on your feet all day.
- Reliable and accountable — when gear goes missing or comes back damaged, you flag it, you don’t hide it.
- Able to juggle multiple events going in and out at once without losing track.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or event production — a plus.
- Driving license (cat. B) — a plus.
