We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest!

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of media in-store solutions, including BTL campaigns, event marketing, communication strategies, productions, and special projects.
You will coordinate both internal and external campaign activities, while working closely with clients, agencies, suppliers, and partners.

What will you do?

  • Maintain a good understanding of the agency structure and work effectively with internal departments and resources.
  • Support account and campaign development through research, KPI analysis, reporting, and project follow-up.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, production, and deployment of client initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of creative productions and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate local and regional agency projects related to campaign implementation and creative production.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or project management roles.
  • Experience with integrated campaigns and a multi-channel approach, such as media, in-store media, events, activations, production, social media, PR, influencer marketing, BTL, and creative concepts.
  • Strong account management and client service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented attitude.
