You should have:
- 7+ years of making digital magic happen
- A portfolio that'll knock our socks off
- Experience with international clients
- Tech-savvy skills (from hamburger menus to responsive designs)
- Fluent English (because we're global, baby!)
- Master of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
