We're on the hunt for a talented and thoughtful Creative Designer to join our team — someone who turns briefs into visuals that are beautiful, conversion-driven, and designed with end-to-end user logic in mind.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and produce creative assets across digital channels.
- Develop campaign hero visuals, key visuals, and adaptations.
- Design banners (static & animated), newsletters, and branded content.
- Work closely with copywriters and the wider team to deliver with consistency, purpose, and aesthetic precision.
What You Bring
- Strong command of visual design and art direction.
- Hands-on experience in campaign concept development and EDM/newsletter layout.
- Banner design for digital channels — both static and animated.
- Photo retouching and image editing skills.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Ability to apply brand identity with consistency across every touchpoint.
- Empathy to understand user needs and design with the end audience in mind.
- Aesthetic judgment — a strong sense of visual hierarchy, color, and composition.
- Brief interpretation — the ability to read a brief and deliver work that hits the mark.
- Organization — manages multiple projects without losing quality.
- Collaboration — welcomes feedback and iterates with ease.
