We’re Hiring: Junior PR Specialist.

Are you at the beginning of your career and eager to grow in a fast-moving, creative PR agency? At Lighthouse PR, we’re looking for a Junior PR Specialist — a young graduate or entry-level communicator who is curious, organized, and ready to support a dynamic team across PR, research, creative, and administrative tasks.

If you enjoy writing, following the news, and want to learn how strong communication campaigns are built, this could be the right place to start.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Communication, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in PR, communication, media, marketing, or relevant internships
  • Strong writing skills in Romanian and good English
  • Interest in media, communication, branding, and current affairs
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a careful and efficient way
  • Positive, collaborative mindset

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help draft press releases, media invitations, articles, Q&As, translations, and other materials
  • Support research for media lists, journalists, sectors, suppliers, and campaign prep
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and help shape communication concepts
  • Assist with PR campaigns, media partnerships, and special projects
  • Handle day-to-day support tasks such as project follow-up, printing documents, managing couriers, and coordinating suppliers
  • Track media coverage, prepare press reviews, and support reporting
  • Help organize press events and media activities
  • Work closely with colleagues across PR, social media, strategy, and creative
