We’re looking for an ATL Account Coordinator – an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional eager to support the delivery of integrated and brand campaigns.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients and internal departments to help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with the agreed brief.
You'll coordinate day-to-day project activities, prepare briefs, track timelines, manage administrative processes, and support campaign implementation from planning through execution.
Your attention to detail and ability to keep multiple workstreams organized will help ensure seamless collaboration across creative, strategy, production, and implementation teams.
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency or a similar client service/project coordination role, with exposure to ATL campaigns being an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow projects through from initiation to completion.
- Good problem-solving skills and a curious, learning-oriented attitude.
