Recently, the Indonesia Human Capital & Beyond Summit (IHCBS) 2026 took place in Jakarta, one of the region's most important events for HR leaders. Flaminjoy had a double presence there: a keynote delivered by Piotr Jakubowski, Group CMO at Impactum, and a joint Flaminjoy × Clarity OS brand area, both part of Impactum Group, right next to the event's main entrance.
„Branding from Within”: Piotr Jakubowski's Message
Piotr's keynote, titled “Branding from within: How data and storytelling turn employees into advocates”, started from a simple observation: candidates check out an employer long before the employer knows it's being checked, too. 86% of job seekers read a company's reviews before applying, and 55% walk away if what they read is bad.
For the local market in Indonesia, the pressure is even clearer: 57% of Indonesian candidates expect a pay rise of over 20% to switch jobs, and 78% of professionals in sectors like manufacturing, logistics, financial services, tourism, e-commerce and energy are open to working abroad. Piotr's takeaway: employers think things are stable, but employees are quietly reassessing their options.
Flaminjoy's starting point: only 1 in 50 employees has ever shared anything about their company on LinkedIn, and only 17% of companies have a formal Employee Advocacy programme. Meanwhile, employees are talking about their company anyway, with or without its approval: on Glassdoor and JobStreet, through anonymous accounts, or through the “a day in my life” trend on TikTok or LinkedIn.
And it's this voice that people trust, not the company's: 78% trust what an employer says, compared with 64% for business and 53% for government. With AI-generated content becoming more widespread, authenticity is becoming more valuable, and the only ones who can offer it are the employees themselves.
The Flaminjoy × Clarity OS Booth: From Quiz to Personalized Gift
At the event, the message from the stage translated into a dedicated activation. The joint booth, under the Impactum identity, with Clarity OS and Flaminjoy side by side, stood right next to the event's main entrance, and Flaminjoy hostesses invited attendees to scan a QR code and answer a 60-second quiz - six quick questions about company culture and the employee experience.
The activation ran throughout both days of the event, and anyone who wanted to learn more could go to flaminjoy.com/employee-advocacy, the page that explains what Flaminjoy is and how the Employees as Influencers service works.
A Double Signal From Impactum Group
Besides Piotr's keynote and the Flaminjoy × Clarity OS booth, Impactum Group had another presence at IHCBS 2026 through Vlad Hațieganu, CEO of Impactum Insights, who presented the “AI & Digitalisation in HC Management Survey Report” - original research on the adoption of AI and digitalization in HR functions. In effect, the same group covered, over two days, both the data and research side and the Employer Branding and Employee Advocacy side.
Why It Matters
The message from the keynote and the activation was, in effect, telling a single story in two different formats: employer brand is no longer what a company publishes about itself, but what the job market says about it, based on its own employees.
