As a Campaigns Coordinator you will be part of a young marketing team, where your passion, motivation, enthusiasm and curiosity can be limitless.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate projects within Campaigns Department, such as implementating internationally developed concepts, private label activations, national promotions and 360 communication campaigns
  • Work closely with the Campaigns Director in order to develop campaigns concepts and implement the communication plan, according to strategy
  • Transfer the campaigns plans successfully to other functions in Marketing (Online, Media) and other departments such as Events, PR, Buying, Sales, Logistics, as part of the implementation process
  • Follow the campaigns/projects closely, make sure the timings are in line with the established deadlines
  • Follow-up the implemented campaings/ projects
  • Constantly be aware of the competitors’ actions on the market
  • Manage the relationship with the creative agencies and give feedback on each step of the projects
  • Keep in contact with the International Team members and facilitate the communication between them and the local team
  • Efficiently managing the campaigns’ budgets.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of approximately 5 years in marketing
  • Multinational experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; German would be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point 
  • Experience in handling campaigns insights
  • Ability to understand and connect approaches that come from different strategic company’s needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment and be motivated by challenge
  • Ability to accept your own limitations and to have the openness to ask questions in order to increase your knowledge or solve problems
  • Be resilient in achieving goals, deadlines and finalizing projects successfully
  • Question when things can be done better and identify improvement areas
  • Able to concentrate at the same time on multiple projects and know how to prioritize
  • In a constant changing environment, show ability to develop by receiving & giving constructive feedback
  • Show flexibility and openness in interactions with colleagues and partners
  • Project management: show that timings, prioritizations, alignments and deadlines are important for you
