We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the music industry.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative, operational, and creative support to the sales team — ensuring smooth communication between clients, artists, and internal departments. You’ll play a key part in coordinating offers, contracts, and event logistics, while helping the team reach its sales goals and maintain a strong presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Build and maintain internal databases of clients, artists, and partners
  • Conduct online research to identify new business leads and opportunities
  • Prepare personalized commercial offers for concerts, private or corporate events
  • Update marketing kits, artist portfolios, and public catalogues
  • Collect, extract, and curate internal and external data for reporting purposes
  • Assist in logistics planning (travel, accommodation, equipment, etc.)
  • Build itineraries and handle contracting on behalf of clients or artists
  • Track payments and follow up with clients when needed
  • Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and operational departments
  • Answer calls and manage client inquiries professionally
  • Support event coordination and represent the company at selected events, festivals, and conferences

 

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, sales support, customer relations, or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Affairs, or Management
  • Prior experience in the music, entertainment, or events industry is a strong plus
  • Passion for music and good understanding of how the live events and artist booking ecosystem works
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills — diplomacy and discretion are essential
  • Ability to anticipate client and team needs
  • Positive, open-minded attitude and readiness to brainstorm new ideas
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and respectful demeanor are a must
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events

 

Good to Know

  • Office presence is mandatory (this is not a remote role)
  • Only candidates based in Bucharest will be considered
  • The role involves occasional travel with the sales team to attend events and represent the company
