Outbox (part of Mercury360) is looking for a Junior Art Director.
You should know your way around Adobe, have a solid visual instinct and understand what works in digital, not just what looks pretty in a portfolio.
Around 1 year of experience is great, but honestly, we care more about what you’ve made: agency work, personal projects, experiments that didn’t fully work but still say something about you.
You’ll probably do a bit of everything: social visuals, ideas, edits, some motion, some stills.
Sometimes editing fast content shot on a phone, sometimes editing something more polished, shot on camera. Sometimes banners, sometimes full campaign visuals.
Hybrid schedule, Bucharest (3 days per week in the office).
A Gen Z & Millennials fun team. We’ll figure out the rest together.
