We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape impactful brand experiences.

Your Role, your Challenge

As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and leading integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and customer engagement. The 2-year contract is an opportunity, not a limitation; you will have the space to bring ideas to life, lead meaningful projects and leave your personal mark on the way our brand connects with customers and partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy development and ensure consistent execution across all campaigns and touchpoints
  • Design, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing programs with clear business objectives
  • Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and digital agencies from briefing through execution
  • Ensure timely implementation of marketing communications across all channels
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing performance

 

What We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, leisure, consumer services, or hospitality
  • Strong commercial understanding and knowledge of consumer drivers and shopping behavior
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
  • A creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in budgeting, media planning, promotions, PR, sponsorships, or community engagement
  • Previous agency background (marketing, events, experiential, or digital)
