As an Integrated Marketing Team Lead at Zitec, you will:
Main activities:
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: You will design and oversee integrated marketing plans for our clients, ensuring that SEO, GEO, and PPC are perfectly synchronized for maximum impact.
- Business Development & Pitching: You will lead the strategic direction for new business proposals and high-value pitches, acting as the "visionary" who wins over new accounts.
- Technical Mentorship: You will act as a senior guide for the specialists. You don't "manage" their careers, but you mentor their technical growth and help them level up their strategic thinking.
- Client Growth & Consultancy: You will be a senior consultant for key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by showing clients the next steps in their digital evolution.
- Problem Solving: You will step in to help with high-level troubleshooting, campaign debugging, or finding creative "outside the box" solutions for difficult marketing challenges.
Secondary activities:
- Innovation: Experiment with AI tools to automate repetitive tasks or to create new ways of delivering value to our clients.
- Partner Strategy: Maintain relationships with key platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to get early access to new features and industry trends.
- Reporting Quality: Ensure our reporting standards provide clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.
What about you?
- Hands-on Experience: You have 7+ years in Digital Marketing. You’ve managed complex budgets and campaigns, and you know how SEO/GEO and PPC work together to bring real business results.
- Strategic & Practical: You don’t just "run ads." You can look at a client’s business, understand their goals, and build a clear marketing roadmap that covers all necessary channels.
- A "Player-Coach" Mentality: You enjoy leading a team, but you haven't lost your technical edge. You are the person the team turns to for a solution when a campaign isn't performing or a tracking issue arises.
- Consultative & Sales Mindset: You are comfortable pitching new strategic ideas to high-level stakeholders. You can explain a complex strategy in a simple way that builds trust and leads to new business opportunities.
- AI Adaptability: You are curious about how AI (like ChatGPT or Gemini) can make marketing more efficient. You’re ready to test new tools and see how "Generative Search" (GEO) will impact our clients.
- Data Storyteller: You can look at a GA4 / Looker Studio dashboard and tell a story, not just list numbers. You focus on what the data means for the client’s bottom line.
