Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Understand clients' business challenges, growth objectives, and digital landscape.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline planning.
2. Solution Discovery
- Lead discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations.
- Design integrated solutions by combining the most relevant internal capabilities, from strategy and digital marketing to software development, platforms, and automation.
- Work closely with internal specialists to define the appropriate scope, commercial model, and delivery approach.
- Present solutions clearly, handle objections, and guide clients toward confident business decisions.
3. Commercial Ownership
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to signed engagement.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate estimations, structure commercial offers, and negotiate contract terms.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery through proper internal alignment.
4. Client Growth
- Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships based on trust and business value.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across internal ecosystem of services and platforms.
- Continuously identify new ways to support clients as their business evolves.
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 3–6+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Experience selling digital marketing services, technology solutions, SaaS products, or tech-enabled services.
Core Capabilities
- Strong consultative selling and business discovery skills.
- Ability to identify client pain points and translate them into valuable business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable leading commercial discussions with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and managing complex sales opportunities.
Marketing, Technology & Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
- Digital marketing (performance marketing, customer acquisition, customer journey, analytics, attribution, CRM, basic SEO principles)
- eCommerce and Media & Publishing business models
- Marketing technology, SaaS products, automation, integrations, and digital platforms
- AI tools that improve research, communication, productivity, and sales effectiveness
