We’re looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Specialist who knows what makes people stop, click, search, and share, and how platforms, audiences, and business goals change the answer.

What You’ll Own
Social Media & Content
- Create and adapt platform-native content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and wherever attention lives next.
- Know how algorithms, platform mechanics, and audience behavior shape what gets discovered, watched, shared, and acted on.
- Develop strong hooks, captions, concepts, scripts, and repeatable formats for different audiences and objectives.
- Contribute to social media strategies and turn them into relevant execution.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts and emerging formats, and know what’s actually worth acting on.
- Contribute to influencer and creator campaigns, from briefing and content review to performance learnings.
Copywriting, SEO & CRO
- Write and optimize copy for websites, landing pages, campaigns, email, paid media, and social.
- Apply SEO recommendations to content and use CRO principles to sharpen headlines, CTAs, value propositions, and message hierarchy.
- Turn complex products, services, or briefs into clear, relevant, and persuasive communication.
Performance, AI & Collaboration
- Read beyond vanity metrics and use performance insights to improve the next piece of content.
- Use AI for research, ideation, drafting, analysis, and optimization, without letting it flatten the thinking, voice, or quality.
- Know what good looks like, give clear feedback when it isn’t there yet, and collaborate with Strategy, Design, Growth Marketing, PM, and other specialists to turn ideas into strong execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior-level experience in social media and content, with strong hands-on experience creating and managing social content.
- Excellent copywriting skills across social, brand, digital, and performance-oriented communication.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, formats, and audience behavior.
- Working knowledge of SEO and CRO, plus a solid understanding of digital marketing and the customer journey.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your professional workflow.
- Strong research and analytical skills, editorial judgment, and confidence in giving clear, constructive feedback.
- Strong written Romanian and native or near-native written English, across social, brand, digital, and performance copy.
Nice to Have
- Content marketing or social media strategy experience.
- Experience with influencer or creator campaigns.
- eCommerce, DTC, or performance marketing experience.
- Short-form video scripting and an understanding of how organic and paid content work together.
- Background in journalism or editorial work.
- French language skills.
