In cadrul strategiei media, activitate constand in : - selectarea mediilor si suporturilor de publicitate; - stabilirea orarului de difuzare: numar, data, orar de aparitie succesiva a anunturilor (in presa scrisa), programarea spoturilor radio si/sau TV; - determinarea exacta a bugetului promotional (in functie de costul de achizitie al spatiului), element determinant in cadrul strategiei de comunicare a firmei.
