What you will do:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and inquiries
  • Process payroll and ensure accuracy in timekeeping
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, within a human resources department
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative to identify challenges and proactively propose solutions to improve HR operations
  • Willingness to adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the advertising industry, where priorities can change quickly
  • Capacity to handle the pressure and occasional ambiguity inherent in the advertising industry while maintaining a positive attitude.
