We’re looking for an Account Director.
A good one, but also a good human.

Kubis is growing and we’re looking for someone who knows how to lead clients, projects and teams with clarity, ownership and a genuinely collaborative mindset.

You may already be an Account Director with at least 6 months of experience, or a strong Senior Account Manager with 4+ years of agency experience, ready for the next step.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as a senior partner in understanding their business and communication needs;
  • Lead integrated projects and campaigns from brief to final delivery, across brand, digital, social, content, activations and production;
  • Turn client objectives into clear directions for strategy, creative and delivery teams;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams while keeping scope, budgets, timelines and quality standards aligned;
  • Anticipate challenges, bring clarity to complex situations and move projects forward;
  • Support and guide the account team, encouraging ownership, collaboration and professional growth;
  • Protect both the quality of the work and a healthy, constructive way of working.

 

What we’re looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience as an Account Director or 4+ years as a Senior Account Manager in an integrated communication agency;
  • Experience managing complex accounts, integrated campaigns and multiple workstreams;
  • Strong client leadership, project management and communication skills;
  • A solid understanding of strategy, creative development, digital, social media and production processes;
  • The ability to connect business objectives with communication solutions and strong creative work;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to see both the details and the bigger picture;
  • Confidence in making decisions, setting priorities and managing several projects at once.
