We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our growing team at Ogilvy.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll act as the central point of communication between clients, influencers, and other departments, facilitating seamless collaboration and operational excellence.
This is not a campaign management role, it’s about keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, influencers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate between clients, influencers, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns across social media platforms.
- Manage all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle campaign reporting, financial tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges, maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or digital campaigns is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism.
- Medium level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Resilience under pressure and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
