Since 2018, the UN has annually applauded the power of applied creativity by endorsing the SDG Lions - and 2025 is no exception (with top cases we’ll dissect at the event).

But beyond recognition, what truly guides businesses, brands, audiences, and the wider ecosystem? “An inner compass - Kindfulness as our north, with win-win-win as the consequence”, proposes The Alternative School, much in the line of Ajahn Brahm.

This event pairs EQ-driven, goosebump perspectives with award-winning case studies to prove - with numbers on the table - that doing good is good business, when guided by an ikigai formula, where profit for business and impact for community is totally doable.

From New York to Bucharest, from the heart of Cannes-award-winning campaigns to a space where empathy becomes strategy, Mihai Botărel, Co-founder and Executive Creative Director of RXM Creative, joins Kindful Brands - the event that kicks off the 2025 edition of #FutureProofCreativity.

As co-founder and Executive Creative Director of RXM Creative, an internationally recognized agency celebrated for the courage and originality of its campaigns, Mihai has redefined how brands communicate through culture. From collaborations with names like Ray-Ban, Christian Louboutin, L’Oréal, Under Armour, Tabasco, and Loro Piana, to projects with social and human impact, he has shown that authentic emotion is the most powerful form of strategy.

Among his landmark campaigns are “The Social Ego” - a toy that inflates with the number of social media likes it receives, offering an ironic and insightful commentary on digital vanity - and “Clickbait for Good”, which turned sensational headlines into tools for positive impact. His work was praised by The New York Times, The Guardian, and The New Yorker.

 

Kindful Brands to open FutureProofCreativity Module 10.11-8.12

This live event opens a new #FutureProofCreativity cMBA module - 9 intensive meetings from 7-9 PM, Mondays and Thursdays, on zoom, 10.11-8.12, with over 30 speakers from 12 countries, training talent to upgrade their marcom knowledge with international best practices and placing the very best on the Cannes Lions Experience orbit, in 2026.
