Tom Theys - the secret speaker of Kindful Brands

Tom Theys was recently appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Happiness Bruxelles, one of the most awarded European Agencies in terms of creativity driven results. The agency’s core belief and part of the organisational culture is that “Happiness is an economic Multiplier” , a topic that will be also passionately shared at Kindful Brands 2025.

A master of puns and a visionary strategist, Tom combines sharp intellect with cultural curiosity to consistently inspire both teams and clients. Prior to his current role, he served as EVP, Global Strategy at FCB (the network Happiness belongs), where he helped shape the network’s innovative approach to strategy and creativity. Under his decade-long leadership, FCB earned major distinctions including Global Network of the Year at Cannes and Agency of the Year by Ad Age and Campaign.

Before joining Happiness and FCB, Tom led strategy and served as Managing Partner at Publicis Brussels, following a successful start at Duval Guillaume after winning a national copywriting contest. Over the years, he has worked on international campaigns for brands such as Bosch, Burger King, Škoda, Kellanova, Clorox, and Kimberly-Clark.

At Kindful Brands 2025, Tom will explore how strategic happiness, emotional intelligence and creative courage can drive both enthusiastic engagement and measurable impact, showing that when brands do good, good business follows.

Kindful Brands to open FutureProofCreativity Module 10.11-8.12

This live event opens a new #FutureProofCreativity cMBA module - 9 intensive meetings from 7-9 PM, Mondays and Thursdays, on zoom, 10.11-8.12, with over 30 speakers from 12 countries, training talent to upgrade their marcom knowledge with international best practices and placing the very best on the Cannes Lions Experience orbit, in 2026, competing in Young Lions & Roger Hatchuel Academy.

Remember: 50 scholarships are available, via Ursus & Invizibilii.ro, for those willing to attend #FutureProofCreativity module.
